Vacuum Forming

... is the process of heating a plastic sheet until soft, placing it over a pattern, applying vacuum to draw the sheet onto the pattern & hold it for cooling.  Once cooled the formed part can be removed & sent on to additional processing such as CNC TRIMMING if needed.

Our Capabilities

-Sheet gauge from 0.007" up to 0.250".

-Thin gauge roll stock up to 22" width

-Heavy gauge sheet up to 42" square with 12" depth of draw.
