Machine capabilities
- All of our heavy gauge forming machines are equipped with dual upper & lower platens for multiple tool and assist capabilities.
- Our machines also utilize both top & bottom multi-zoned infrared heating banks, allowing for heating consistency and flexibility to match the unique needs of our customers.
- Part sizes up to 48″ x 72″ with a deep 36″ depth of draw.
Tooling options
- Prototype runs – MDF, Polyurethane board
- Medium duty – Poly Die board, High-temp cast epoxy
- High Volume production – Machined or Cast aluminum
- Temperature controlled tooling as needed for precision consistency & repeatability.
